For Vendors:

DJs:

-We have power for you inside the barn in a designated area, as well as outside at the gazebo. 

-We DO NOT have WiFi, please plan accordingly.

-We can provide an 8 ft table for you, please let us know ahead of time.

-No tape of any kind is allowed on the floors! Also no fog or bubble machines, confetti, etc.

-Music must end by 11pm to ensure that guests start leaving and you are out by midnight.

Caterers:

​-Please provide buffet table linens. We will provide 2 8ft tables, which is 16 ft of buffet line that can be double sided. Buffet line starts by the kitchen (east wall). 

-We do not provide plates, napkins, service-ware, etc. 

-You must stay the duration of dinner, replenishing and cleaning up buffet as needed, as Clover Barn does not have staff for this. 

-Buffet area and kitchen must be cleaned up and left the same as when you arrived.

Hair and makeup:

-There is a bridal room/ dressing room and a bathroom you may use. 

-We do not have a salon setup, so if you require certain lighting, mirrors, chairs, please bring them! 

-Barn hours start at 9am, doors will not be unlocked any earlier,  thank you for understanding.
