Rental Fees 

May-October

 Saturday full day (9am-midnight) $6500

 Friday or Sunday full day (9am-midnight) $6000

Full weekends- if available-example: Friday rehearsal, dinner and wedding staging, Saturday wedding, Sunday cleanup of decor and gift opening (Noon on Friday to noon on Sunday) $8500

 November, December, March, and April

  Saturday full day (9am-midnight) $6000

  Friday or Sunday full day (9am-midnight) $5500

  Full weekends- (Noon on Friday to noon on Sunday) $8000

  Events-these are non-wedding events. but does include rehearsal/ dinner night before weddings, pending availability. Does not include linens or decor for the tables. 

Half day-(5 hrs) 9am-2pm or 4pm-9pm $1000

Full day- (9a-9p) $2500 (non-weddings)
